Orders
You can place an order by adding an item to the shopping cart. You can subsequently choose to create an account, log in to an existing account or complete your order without an account.
After you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your order is completed and ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification providing you with your DHL tracking details.
All orders received before 15:00 will be shipped the same day.
Delivery time frame
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All products are delivered by our partner DHL. Please look at the table below for information on delivery time.
– Deliveries within the United States, Canada and the European Union: orders will be delivered within two to five working days.
– Deliveries in all other countries: orders will be delivered in five to eight working days.
Please note that delivery into extended areas may take a few days longer.
Delivery Costs
For most countries we offer free shipping. We offer free delivery for Europe, the USA, and Canada.
Delivery costs may be applied depending on country of delivery. To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we rely on our partner DHL. Delivery rates vary based upon shipment type and destination. The applicable shipping rate will be automatically calculated at the checkout. We offer duty free deliveries for the USA. Please note that orders placed outside the European Union and the USA may be subject to customs charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with the items you have purchased, you can return them by exercising your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the order. To do so, you can easily request the return in your account. Alternatively, please send an e-mail to the following address: info@perlieshoes.com. We offer free returns for all orders within the U.S., Canada and the EU. Returning costs for orders from other may not be fully reimbursed, depending on your country of residence. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
For sone countries we include a return label with the order. Stick the return label that you received with your order on the parcel and make sure to remove or cover the original delivery label. If you’re missing the return label, our Customer Service will be happy to assist you.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery and eventual administration fees, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return products.
We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.
Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund email notification. Your refund will be paid back to the bank account you have provided.
Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.
In order to get a full refund it’s important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them (the returned product has to be complete, unworn and free of damage).
To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
Receiving a damaged package
Every order that we send from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
Should you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team:
Before accepting your delivery, please inspect the shoebox and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment.
It’s normal for the shoebox to show some wear, however, if the damage is significant, then we kindly ask you to do the following:
– If the damage is minor, please accept the parcel but make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, sign and date it.
– If the carton looks seriously damaged, you may refuse your order. Under this circumstance, please contact us immediately.
We will do our best to refund your purchase amount as soon as we receive the returned item.
Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new order.
